The new animation film of Guillaume, The Black Pines, will be screened at the Cinémathèque québécoise in Montreal, on wednesday november 25th at 9PM, as part of a special event called “Jeunes créateurs : 20 ans à peine” (Young creators : only 20 years old). All the screenings will be free for the occasion, and Guillaume will be there for the one at 9PM, so come take a look! Here is the complete screening schedule (in French).

Nous avons participé à Puces Pop pour la première fois cette année. C’est la grande foire de trucs faits à la main qui est tenue dans le cadre de Pop Montreal. Merci à tout le monde qui sont passés nous voir!

FRANÇAIS. Juste à temps pour cet automne, voici un petit film d’animation (le premier de notre catalogue de “Drops” (ou gouttes)) que j’ai fait à Varsovie en automne 2007. Les images vidéo ont été tournées en 1 heure ou 2 lors d’un petit dimanche gris dans le quartier Mokotów, et le tout a été assemblé la nuit même. Et là ça me rend tout nostalgique…

ENGLISH. Just in time for this autumn, here’s a short animation film (the first in our “Drops” catalog) that I made in Warsaw, in the autumn of 2007. The video was shot in a grey sunday in the Mokotów district, and everything was put together that same night. And posting this now makes me kinda nostalgic…

ENGLISH. Here are some photos that Julie took at AniFest 2008, the International Festival of Animated Films in Třeboň, Czech Republic.

ENGLISH. The Flour Face Ballad is in the official competition at AniFest 2008, the International Festival of Animated Films in Třeboň, Czech Republic. The festival goes from May 7 to 13.
Our film is part of the Competitive block - Short Films F program, presented on May 10 at 6pm and on May 12 at 2pm.
Julie Rocheleau will be there for the whole week-long thing.

ENGLISH. The Flour Face Ballad will be presented at the Short Film Festival of Bergamo, in Italy. Julie will be in attendance.

ENGLISH. “The Thief” is presented in the “Programme #2 - Narratif” at the Rendez-vous du cinéma québécois 2006. The projection is at the Cinéma ONF, on saturday February 25, at 14h00.
